Embroidery

Embroidery is an ancient process of weaving a design using a thread and needle. Today, instead of manually threading by hand, a digital file is created that tells a machine how and where to put each stitch. Embroidery works best with simple, low colour count logos. Photographs and artwork with fine detail or gradients usually can not be embroidered. We’ll be sure to contact you if this is the case and recommended ways we can alter your design or suggest alternative decoration methods.

What is our process?

We service the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Hunter region. After we receive your logo, the first step in the process is to “digitize” your design. This means we are creating a digital file that contains instructions on how to stich your logo. Once digitized, the file is then sent to the embroidery machine and the stitching begins. Embroidered logos generally use between 5,000 – 10,000 stiches to create your design. 

We have a 1 garment minimum on all Embroidery orders.

    Embroidery is highly durable and can withstand 50 - 100+ washes without fraying or fading when stitched with quality threads and cared for properly (cold or warm wash, inside out, mild detergent, low-heat tumble dry, avoid direct ironing on the embroidery).
